Eric Piwowar is the founder and managing principal of Windridge Advisors, guiding founders, boards, and investors through moments of pivotal growth. His career spans a decade plus of work across corporate development, M&A, and digital media — leading over $150 million in closed transactions across sectors shaped by shifting consumer behavior, platform economics, and emerging technologies.

Prior to founding Windridge, Eric led Corporate Development at Forbes Marketplace and System1 (NYSE: SST), where he originated and executed acquisitions including CouponFollow, RoadWarrior, Answers.com, and Expertise.com.
